If you know that you want to buy, you can use the search engine at the top of the webpage to find what you are looking for quickly.

Once you have your favourite items in your shopping basket, click on it to place your order. Do not wait too long, because high-demand items may go out of stock even though they are in your shopping basket. Choose the address where you want your items to be sent. Next, choose a payment method and click on ‘Confirm payment’. As simple as that!

You can check the status of your order at any time under My account section. We will update you via email when your order leaves our warehouse.

It is not possible to cancel or change your order after 48 hours，because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website or app. If you change your mind, you can return your items once you have received your order.

Enter your home or office address when making your purchase and we will deliver the order to your chosen destination.

Provide customization/procurement requirements. You can leave your contact information in the background, and our colleagues will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the customer’s customized/purchase needs, including but not limited to colors, styles, categories, etc.

I .Once your product requirements are confirmed, we will arrange engineers/designers to design and provide renderings.

II . The customer confirms the final procurement category, quantity/design drawing, and the factory arranges the quotation.

III .Confirm the price, the delivery address, both parties sign and confirm, and the customer arranges a deposit.rice and products that meet your needs.

IV .After receiving the deposit, we will arrange production and billing, and the production time shall be subject to the actual confirmation.

V .We will deliver the outgoing products to the designated logistics party according to the requirements/process of the contract and send them to the designated city of the customer.

VI . There is no problem with customer acceptance, and the transaction is concluded.
